NEET MDS is an examination for admission to several MDS courses under the Dentists Act 1948. The exam is scheduled to be held on March 18, 2024.
National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will soon release the admit card for NEET MDS 2024. Eligible applicants will be able to download their hall tickets from the official website nbe.edu.in from tomorrow, March 15. The admit card card will provide important information like name of the candidate, examination center and other details.
The exam is scheduled to be held on March 18, 2024. NEET MDS is an examination for admission to several MDS courses under the Dentists Act 1948. The examination will be conducted on a computer based platform at multiple examination centers across India. This examination is an eligibility and ranking-based entrance examination for students applying to various dentistry or MDS programs. The results will be available by 18th April.
How to download NEET MDS 2024 admit card?
Step 1 – Visit the official website natboard.edu.in.
Step 2 – Click on NEET MDS 2023 Admit Card link.
Step 3 – Fill in your login information and submit.
Step 4 – Check and download your admit card.
Step 5 – Keep a hard copy with you for future reference.
Candidates can apply for the examination if they have Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree either temporarily or permanently from any institution registered with the State Dental Council. In addition, one year compulsory rotational internship in an approved/recognised dental college is required. NBEMS completed the online registration process for NEET MDS 2024 on March 11.
This year, NEET MDS exam fee has decreased for all categories as compared to last year. General and OBC applicants will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 3500. Whereas SC, ST and PWD candidates have to pay Rs 2500. The official notice reads, “Once submitted, the application cannot be withdrawn and the fee will be refunded under any circumstances. ” Furthermore, no claim for refund, modification or carry forward of application fee will be entertained.
Meanwhile, recently, it was speculated on social media that there was a shortage of examination centers for the National Entrance cum Eligibility Test – Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) examination in the North East. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare addressed the matter on its official social media account. He informed that the examination centers are available in the North-Eastern region. “With reference to some media reports stating that there are no examination centers in the North East, it is clarified that there are NEET MDS examination centers in the North-Eastern states. The testing centers are in Shillong, Naharlagun, Kohima, Aizawl, Guwahati and Kolkata,” the health ministry posted on Twitter.
