In an Instagram video posted on October 12, the nutritionist highlights how eating just three walnuts a day can not only reduce inflammation, but also improve heart and brain function.
Deepsikha shared the video with the caption – “Walnuts are very powerful nuts that help you have a healthy heart and gut. The skin also has a lot of fiber and polyphenols. Soak these first and eat 3-4 walnuts daily.” She explains its benefits as follows:
