State Education Center Madhya Pradesh (RSKMP) declared the class 5 and 8 board results for the academic year 2023-24 on April 23. Students can check the results on the official website of RSKMP, rskmp.in.
The essential credentials required to check the results include roll number and date of birth. This year around 24 lakh students of both the classes appeared in the MP Board examinations.
A total of 12,33,688 candidates appeared for the Class 5 MP Board exam, out of which 11,22,320 candidates passed. Around 90.97% students passed in class 5. Among those who passed, 5,69,518 were male candidates and 5,52,802 were female candidates. Boys and girls pass rates are 89.62% and 92.41% respectively.
A total of 11,37,387 candidates appeared for the Class 8 MP Board exam and 9,97,553 of them passed. The pass rate in class 8 is 87.71%. Of the successful candidates, 4,96,384 were women and 5,01,169 were men. The pass rate of boys and girls is 89.56% and 85.94% respectively.

Once released, the steps given below can be followed to check the result:
- Visit the official website rskmp.in.
- Log in with the required credentials- Roll Number and Date of Birth and click on Submit.
- After this, click on the result link of your class (5th or 8th).
- The results will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the result and take printout for future reference.
To pass the MP Board Exam 2024, students must obtain a minimum of 33 percent passing marks. Students who failed to pass the final exams of classes 5 and 8 can appear for re-examination, which is likely to be held in June 2024. The board will release the dates soon.
Last year, School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar had declared the results of class 5th and class 8th on May 15 during a press conference organized by the board officials.
