Management opens the recruitment of management trainees through EIL Gate 2025, check vacancies, eligibility and much more

Engineers is inviting online applications from candidates for the recruitment of management trainees (MT) through India Limited, EIL, Gate 2025. Eligible candidates who want to apply for the recruitment process, they can submit their applications on the official website of EIL if recruited.

According to the official notification, “Graduate engineers or engineering students from the final year relevant subjects appeared in the GATE 2025 examination and approved the exam, may be eager to take a challenging career in Engineers India Limited.”

The last date for submission of application is April 7, 2025.

According to the official notification, the candidates can apply for only one post – either for MT (construction) or for MT (other).

The following vacancy details are:

Chemical: 12 posts

Mechanical: 14 posts

Civil: 18 Posts

Electrical: 8 posts

qualifications required

To be eligible to apply, applicants must pass a full -time engineering degree course -be / B.Tech./B.Sc (ENGG) in the minimum qualifying period with minimum 65 percent marks. As mentioned above, only candidates who appeared in Gate 2025 examination for relevant subjects (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering) can apply.

In addition, only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

Age limit

On July 1, 2025, the category-wise mentioned in the official notification of EIL should follow the maximum age limit.

General – 25 years

OBC (non -creamy layer) – 28 years

SC/ ST – 30 years

PWD (General) – 35 years

PWD (OBC -NCL) – 38 years

PWD (SC/ ST) – 40 years

Selection Process:

EIL said that shortlisted candidates would need to appear for group discussion and interview in Delhi. ,

“Only shortlisted candidates will be informed for interview via email on their registered email ID. The selection of candidates will be based on the details provided. Therefore, it is necessary that only accurate, complete and correct information is equipped by applicants.

The selected candidates will undergo one year training in any of their offices – Chief Office – New Delhi, Gurugram office, Regional Office in Chennai/ Vadodara/ Kolkata, branch office in Mumbai, inspection office or project site in India etc. Subsequently, the posting can be on any of these offices and project sites in India and abroad.

Recruitment of EIL management trainees 2025: How to apply

Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for EIL management trainees:

1. Visit the official website on ruiutment.eil.co.in.
2. Enter your credentials to log in and submit.
3. Go to the “Recruitment of Management Trainees” section
4. Choose “Post” i.e. “MT-Nirman” or “MT-Mor”
5. Click on “New Registration Description” for initial registration and fill the online form with all relevant details. On successful submission of online form, a registration no. Will be generated. Pay attention to “registration number”. As will also be necessary for all future correspondence.
6. Candidate to his correct Gate 2025 Registration No. Should mention (As appearing in Gate Admit Card -2025).
7. The candidate has to ensure to fill the correct information. In case of filling the wrong or invalid information, the application will be briefly rejected.
8. Documents required: Maximum 75 kB size. Copy of their passport size picture scanned in the format of 75 kB size. Copy scanned in maximum 25 kB size .jpg/.JPEG format, Copy of Copy Certificate for Copy and Disabled for disabled and disables The disability certificate copy of a maximum of 500 kB size .jpg/.JPEG format copy of the percentage conversion certificate issued by the competent authority from the institute/university.
9. If the declared result is already in percentage, then the student should upload a self-proof of the same, EIL said.
10. Fill the online details for the final submission and submit.
11. At successful submission, an auto generated mail will be sent to a registered email ID. Candidates are required to take a printout of the application after submitting the online form. They need to keep the printout of the application, which will be necessary at the time of individual interviews, if they are listed less.
