The 2025 Mahindra XUV700 facelift is ready to debut with an updated design, inner and increased creature comfort with new security features.
Mahindra and Mahindra are set to refresh their SUV portfolio, with a volley of updates spread over XUV700, Thar and Bolero Neo in the coming months. The upcoming Mahindra XUV700 facelift is one of the most anticipated launch of this year and has been tested several times on Indian roads. While detective shots suggest a series of cosmetic updates to the exterior, the SUV is expected to come up with fresh interiors, as well as upgrade to its technology and safety suits.
Mahindra XUV700 facelift: Design
The XUV700 facelift undergoes major changes in its external design, which largely focuses on the front-end. Spy shots suggests that the SUV will be fitted with a re-designed front grille and bumper, as well as dual-border LED headlamps with C-shaped DRL that resemble Scorpio-N units. The rear end will be fitted with updated tail lamps and a new bumper, and the SUV will ride on new alloys.

Mahindra XUV700 facelift: interior and features
The 2025 XUV700 will receive premium treatment for its interiors, including a new dashboard design borrowing signs from XEV 9E. This includes a triple-screen layout that combines the central infotainment display with the driver’s digital cluster and co-passenger performance.
The facelift will further add new creature comfort, including a Harman/Cardon Speaker System with Dolby Atomos, second line captain seats with ventilation and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. In addition, an updated level 2+ of safety technology is expected to introduce 2+ Adas suit, including new features such as self-parking aid and front parking sensor.

Mahindra XUV700 facelift: Paurtrain
For facelift, Mahindra is expected to be taken to similar engine options for the current-gene XUV700. Buyers will be able to choose between 2.0-liter turbo-petrol unit or 2.2-liter diesel mill. Of these, the petrol engine makes 197 bhp and torque of 380 Nm, while the diesel option churns 182 bhp and 450 Nm of torque. Both engines will be paired with 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic.
