In an important step for India’s police and paramilitary officers, Kia India has officially made available its sub-compact SUV, Siros and the recently launched seven-seater MPV, Cares Clavis to buy in police canteen. Families of active and retired police personnel can now use Kia’s Sonet, SELTOS, Syros, Carens and Carens Clavis at special prices of KPKB. Availability through the police canteen ensures that personnel can buy these vehicles with significant savings compared to prices in civil showrooms.
Thanks to this partnership, the Kia cars are now accessible in the Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB) for the nationwide distribution system of 119 master canteens and 1871 assistant outlets. The nationwide network currently benefits more than 3.5 million members from police and paramilitary forces.

Kia Cares Clavis and Siros are related to MPV and SUV segment respectively.
Kia Siros: Kia Siros is a sub-four-meter SUV that competes with Mahindra XUV 3xo, Hyundai Sthal, Skoda Kailak, Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Tata Nexon. This Korean vehicle is known for offering an upmarket design from inside and out, location and facilities. Like all other kia cars, Siros also claims a long list of features. In addition, this vehicle has turbo-petrol and diesel engines, which are available with manual and automatic broadcasting. The 1.0-liter turbo-petrol produces 118 bhp and 172 Nm of torque, while the 1.5-liter diesel engine produces 114 bhp and torque of 250 Nm.

Kia Carrens Clavis: Kia Carrence Clavis is an MPV that is the most premium look and feature-rich model in its segment. It is a three-power vehicle, with a 1.5-liter engine in NA petrol, turbo-petrol and diesel. These are the similar engine options as Caren. It is available in manual, semi-automatic (clutchless-manual/IMT), and automatic broadcasting.
On feature front, it offers a panoramic sunroof, digital instrument cluster, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, level-2 ADAS, TPMS, hill-hold control, LED lights (front and rear), electric orvms, etc.
