Kawasaki has drawn raps to the new Z1100 and Z1100 SE, bringing a new chapter for its famous Z supernked lineup for 2026. “Sugomi” design was perfect for philosophy, was first seen on 2014 Z1000, new machines update sharper style, and more rider-faceding, and a hell-updated engine.
Aggressive new design with Sugomi DNA
The Z11100 Kawasaki’s hallmark design language continues with fierce looking LED headlights, a re-designed under-level that has fin-like elements, and a holistic stance that enhances the aggressive adventure appearance. The microscopic ergonomic updates, including the handlebars that are now 22 mm wide and move 13 mm ahead, give riders a sharp, more responsive experience at any speed.
Advanced chassis and braking setup
The origin of both models is a rigid aluminum twin-tube frame supported by SFF-BP forks and a horizontal back-link suspension. The standard Z1100 is equipped with monoblock calipers and a large 310 mm brake disc, providing accurate restrictions. The SE variant goes one step ahead with a ohlins S46 rear shock with a Brembbo radial-mount calipers, breed-braid brake lines and remote pre-load adjustments. For 2026, both versions also ride on Dunlop Sportmax Q5A tires for better grip and handling.
Packed with rider tech
Cockpit dominates through Kawasaki’s rideology app with a 5-inch all-digital TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation, smartphone connectivity and voice-command function. It is borrowed from Z900. Electronic rider AIDS includes electronic throttle valves, cruise control, a bi-directional cuctic (KQS), and imu-assisted systems such as KCMF Cornering Management, KTRC Traction Control, Kibs Breaking, Kibs Breaking, Selection Power Mode, and Integrated Rining Mods (Sports, Roads, Roads, Roads, Roads, Roads, Roads, Rains, Renids and Rain.

More power and better torque distribution
The center of the new Z machines has a 1,099 cc in-line four-cylinder engine, with a torque of 134 bhp and 112 Nm. Kawasaki has increased displacement with 3 mm long stroke, modified campaned profile, new valve springs, pistons and customized gear ratio – with 5th and 6th gear for better cruising efficiency. A heavy flywheel increases a minimum mid-range response, while 4–2–1 exhaust system contributes to both performance and aggressive style.
Availability and pricing
The new Kawasaki Z1100 and Z1100 will be available at the dealership starting from January 2026. The Z1100 is priced at £ 11,099, while the high-scalp Z1100 will be retail to £ 12,699. So far, there is no word on the fact that when the brand will launch a motorcycle in India.
