Kartik Aryan’s parents have bought a premium office worth crores in Mumbai. His office is located near major transport hubs. It is 3 kilometers away from Andheri station. Earlier, Karthik had purchased property in Alibaug in September.

Recently, Karthik has also invested in properties in Andheri and Alibaug. Kartik Aryan’s family has added another big real estate property in Mumbai. Karthik’s parents have bought a premium commercial unit in Vile Parle. This deal follows several property investments related to Karthik in recent months. Japki’s documents Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari bought this office space for Rs 10.83 crore, along with which stamp duty of Rs 65 lakh was also paid.
According to the report of NDTV Profit, this deal was registered on 27 November 2025. The carpet area of this unit is 1,228 square feet and it also includes two parking slots. This property has been purchased from Notan House Private Limited. According to their website, the building is located near major transport hubs – approximately 1.6 km from Vile Parle Railway Station, 3 km from Andheri Station and 6.5 km from Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
This purchase has happened after the news in September, in which it was told that Karthik himself has bought an office space worth Rs 13 crore in Andheri. During this time, he also bought a 2,000 square feet plot in Chateau de Alibaug for Rs 2 crore. On this purchase, Karthik had said, “Alibaug has become one of the most interesting places for investment today. It is near Mumbai and I want to build my house there.”
