The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEEB) is expected to declare the results of the second Pre-University Certificate (PUC) examination soon.
According to media reports, the announcement is to be made in the third week of April. Once declared, Karnataka 2nd PUC results will be available on the official websites karnataka.gov.in, pue.kar.nic.in, karresults.nic.in and kseeb.kar.nic.in.
Students need to score a minimum of 33 percent marks to pass the exam. Those who miss the required marks by a small margin will be given grace marks for promotion. Teachers can give grace marks up to a maximum of 5 percent. Students who fail to score minimum marks even with grace marks will have to appear for compartment examination. However, those who fail in all subjects will be required to repeat the academic year.

Step 1: Visit one of the official websites of Karnataka Board.
Step 2: Click on the result link.
Step 3: Log in using your credentials.
Step 4: Your result will appear; download it.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2024: How to check via SMS?
Step 1: Open your phone SMS application.
Step 2: Type ‘KAR12’ in the message box followed by a space and write your registration number on your admit card.
Step 3: Send message to 56263. This will provide you with a brief summary of your scorecard, which will include the marks obtained in individual subjects and your total.
In 2023, a commendable 74.67 per cent of students who took the exam passed. The pass percentage among girls was an impressive 80.25 percent, while among boys it was 69.05 percent. The Karnataka II PUC theory exam was held from March 9 to 29, while the practical exam was held from January 25 to February 10. The results were declared on April 21, with over 7.27 lakh students having registered for the exam.
