On Friday, Rujuta Diwekar gave her fans a sweet treat on Instagram and uploaded a reel with the caption, “K for food, home food is the best thing you can do for good skin. But 3 more “K will help.” Scroll down to see her skin care tips.

She says, “A lot of people ask me about my skin-care routine. They ask, ‘Do you use sunscreen? Do you wear moisturizer? What do you basically do?’ My answer is that I don’t do much, but trust me, eating home cooked food, sleeping on time and exercising are very cheap and sustainable ways to get healthy skin. , Here Are 3 Things That Start With ‘K’ That Will Help Keep Your Skin Beautiful.”

1. Saffron

Rujuta told that we all know about the benefits of saffron. You can add saffron to milk and drink it as masala milk at night or soak it in water overnight and consume it the next morning, preferably 10 days before your menstruation. This will make your skin glow.
