Kareena Kapoor’s fitness trainer, Mahesh Ghankar, often shares actor’s workout video on Instagram to motivate her fans to bring their health on track with a harsh exercise session. Kareena’s latest video will do the same for you. The actor did a group of cardio, stretching and strength training exercises in the video. Let’s steal some inspiration.

Kareena Kapoor’s trainer posted her workout video
Kareena’s trainer shared her video and wrote, “Yes !!! As your strength improves, you can gradually increase resistance, representative, or complication. Whether you are just starting or are coming back in a routine, you get strength training, where you are – and helps you feel strong, confident and competent at any age.
The actor conducted three exercises in the clip. She completes the routine prepared in a sports bra, black tights, a cropped white tea, and chunky white sneakers. Kareena did everything here:
- For first practice, he placed a staper in front of it and then tilted his body forward using his main strength and balanced with his palms on the floor. Then, he pushed his body back using his main strength.
- To practice another, he placed a cylindrical -shaped tube on the staper and then raised his legs on top of it. He held the routine on both sides, kept stable breathing and kept it in the core.
- For the third practice, he assisted the squat panches holding dumbbells in both hands.
