It was also reported that they will invest Rs 1000 crore in Dharma Productions and Dharmatic Entertainment.
People know Adar Poonawala as the CEO of ‘Serum Institute of India’, which manufactures the Covid-19 vaccine. Businessmen are investing in the company in their personal capacity. The production house will hold 50% stake in Dharma and the remaining 50% will be with Karan Johar. He will remain the creative head of the company and will take over as executive chairman.
