Kajol recently said that he never worked continuously for 20-30 hours and has maintained a work-life balance since the beginning of his acting career in the 1990s.
Kajol said that one used to shoot a film at one time
Kajol says, ‘I was one of the few people who worked on the same film at a time. I did not do 4 films together. I used to finish one film, then started another. I never worked for 20 or 30 hours. I was always very clear that we would work only in a certain amount, and my mother also supported me a lot in it.
Filmmakers supported after Nisa’s birth
Recalling the situation after the birth of her first child, Nisa, Kajol said that her husband, Ajay Devgan, and more filmmakers were very supportive. Filmmakers fulfilled their necessary demands without any hesitation. She says that after becoming a mother, she was intelligent and they used to allow them to finish the work as per need.
Let me tell you, Ajay Devgan and Kajol were asked during the mother’s trailer launch that many actresses who have become mothers recently are demanding 8 hours of shift. On this, Ajay had said that most of the honest filmmakers in the industry respect this demand.
