Justin Baldoni is planning to file an “explosive” counter-complaint against Blake Lively, who accused him of sexually assaulting her on the set of “It End’s With Us” last week, according to the latest report.
He is expected to file legal documents when the courts reopen after New Year’s Day, the Daily Mail reports.
Speaking to Deadline, Baldoni’s attorney, Brian Friedman, declined to say how many lawsuits they would file, but he said, “When we file our first lawsuit, it will shock everyone who knows, obviously.” “has been led to believe a false story.”
According to the lawyer, the lawsuit will be supported by actual evidence and “will tell the true story.” “In over 30 years of practice, I have never seen this level of deliberate unethical behavior through media manipulation.”
He further said that the entire incident reminded him of what NBC attempted to do with Gabrielle Union and Megyn Kelly. “We all know how it ended. Standby,” the lawyer said.

This is what to expect from the Baldoni lawsuit
According to the Mail, the lawsuit will turn on Lively’s allegation that Baldoni and his crisis PR team had conducted a smear campaign to “destroy” her image. In the complaint, Lively’s publicist Leslie Sloane will be accused of doing the same to Baldoni
“It is clear that Mr. Baldoni and his Wayfarer Associates are suggesting that I made up press stories about HR complaints on the set, which is false,” Sloane told Deadline Saturday in response to the allegation.
Additionally, Lively will be charged with misrepresenting communications obtained through a subpoena.
According to reports, her team also intends to argue that Lively only filed the lawsuit to help repair her reputation after suffering adverse publicity throughout the summer during the promotion of “It End’s With Us.”
The feud between the celebrities follows allegations of a feud that aired over the summer while each of them independently promoted their film. At the film’s New York City premiere, Lively and Baldoni distanced themselves from each other, further fueling the rumors.
