US President Joe Biden created a stir once again on Friday when a video of him ‘almost kissing’ another woman went viral on social media. The clip comes at a time when pressure is mounting on the President to drop out of the upcoming election race.
“Joe Biden was seen kissing another woman who he thought was his wife but when Jill Biden stopped him, he did it,” one x user claimed.
Another added: “There was no indication he was going to kiss her. He was just talking.”

The video appears to have been taken during an event in the White House’s East Room and shows Biden talking to a blonde woman wearing a dark blue dress. Jill Biden (in a light blue dress) was seen running up to the stage during the conversation to briefly chat with her husband. Biden looked somewhat surprised to see her, but then walked off stage, following the other woman.
A Google search reveals that the video is at least a few months old and similar claims were made on March 18. News articles from the time show that the video was taken during an event at the White House to mark Women’s History Month. The President also signed an executive order on women’s health on the occasion.
Joe Biden is currently facing unprecedented pressure to drop out of the US presidential race – with nearly every prominent figure in modern Democratic politics echoing the demand. The president and his campaign suffered a fresh setback this week when Biden was diagnosed with Covid-19 and forced into isolation.
Despite recent events, the octogenarian has repeatedly reiterated his commitment to run for re-election. On Friday, Bloomberg’s closest aides said he has no doubts and has the delegates to secure the nomination, and he has a history of defying the odds and surprising the elites who voted him out.
