Jennifer Aniston’s fitness secret has been revealed, and it’s all about low-impact exercises. She swears by Pvolve, a functional fitness method that combines strength training with Pilates-style sculpting. In a new interview with People, Jennifer revealed that she loves that Pvolve workouts are gentle on her body, yet challenging and effective. The actress also shared details of the drink she drinks when she wakes up before her workout. Jennifer’s drink for better digestion, immune system
Speaking about her signature morning drink, Jennifer said, “I drink ARMRA Colostrum (dietary supplement that offers various health benefits) first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed in it … (in the colder months) I’ll add a teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and immune system, and then I’ll add a drop of Manuka honey. Jennifer shares the workout that ‘transformed’ her body
The actor said that taking care of herself – whether by monitoring what she eats and drinks or making sure her mind and body are in good condition – is extremely important to her. Jennifer is a fan of Pavolve and credits the method with helping her achieve her fitness goals.
