National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the results of JEE Main Session 2 on Wednesday (April 24). Lal Abhijeet Mishra of Jamshedpur has achieved great success in the examination. He has brought glory to his family by securing 97.4 percent marks. Let’s take a look at his success story today. Recently, while talking to the media, Lal Abhijeet Mishra told that his father Manish Mishra works in a private company. His mother Sangeeta Devi is a housewife. Abhijeet completed his education from Hindi medium background and he secured 9th rank in entire Jharkhand by scoring 96.4 percent marks in 10th class. Abhijeet had to face a lot of difficulties in the initial days while preparing for JEE Main. He credited his success to Sundar Pichai Role Model Institute, Jamshedpur, where he got a full scholarship. Because of this institute he was able to study well and as a result of a good teacher and guidance he proved himself by scoring such good marks. Now he wants to make his future more bright.
Raman Prasad, director of Sundar Pichai Role Model Institute, said that Abhijeet is a promising student. He continued studying in the institute for 12 hours every day. The atmosphere in and around Abhijeet’s house was very noisy. For this reason, he kept studying in the institute from morning till evening.
Abhijeet wants to study Computer Science and Electronics in IIT Delhi. His dream company is Microsoft and he considers Sundar Pichai as his role model.
According to reports, this year 56 students achieved a perfect 100 percentile score, out of which 15 students are from Telangana. Last year, there were seven candidates in the state list who had secured the best marks. This year, a total of 11,79,569 students appeared in the JEE Main second session examination.
Of these, there were 373,515 female applicants, 8,06,045 male candidates and 9 who identified as transgender. A total of 3369 disabled students appeared in the examination, of which 2625 were females and 2625 were males.
Apart from Telangana, the number of toppers in Maharashtra and Delhi is second.
