Trupti Dimri was supposed to attend an event in Jaipur, but she reportedly decided not to attend, leading to its cancellation.
Trupti Dimri got herself stuck in soup after not attending an event in Jaipur on Monday evening. The actor is being called out by women entrepreneurs at the FICCI FLO event, who have now called for a boycott of him and his upcoming release Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala video. Trupti Dimri faced boycott calls
According to reports, Trupti was to attend a FICCI FLO program on women power at a hotel on JLN Marg in Jaipur, but for some reason she decided not to attend it. One of the women entrepreneurs who organized the event shared that she was told through a call that she would be reached in the next 5 minutes. He revealed that a deal was struck with the actor for this special event 5.5 lakh. After this he said that the team will file a case against the actor. He also said that Jaipur should boycott him and his film as he has betrayed them in this way.
At the event, many people were seen defacing Trupti’s poster and calling for her boycott. The poster of the film was also removed.
When HT contacted the actor regarding these complaints, his team refused to comment on the matter.

Trupti is busy promoting Vicky Aur Vidya’s Woh Wala video with co-star Rajkummar Rao. The film is a comedy about a newlywed couple’s lost sex tape from the 90s. Apart from Rajkumar and Trupti as the lead pair, the film also stars Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz, Rakesh Bedi, Archana Puran Singh, Tiku Talsania and Mukesh Tiwari.
That video of Vicky and Vidya is going to be released in theaters on October 11, where it will compete with Alia Bhatt’s Jigra.
