Jharkhand Board 12th Result 2025: Pass percentage last year
In 2024, the Jharkhand Board Class 12th results showed a strong overall performance in all sections. Science section recorded a pass percentage of 72.7%, while the commerce stream saw a high success rate of 90.60%. Arts Stream acquired the highest pass percentage at 93.7%.
JAC Class 12th Result 2025: Passing Marx and Grace Marx Policy
To pass the Jharkhand Board Class 12th exams, students have to secure at least 23 marks out of 70 in each subject and 33 out of 100 in total. Students who fail to meet these criteria will not be considered passed.
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) provides grace marks to students who remember the passing mark. The criteria for giving grace marks are as follows:
If a student is less than 5% of the total marks in a subject, then they will be given the required grace marks to pass.
If a student fails in less than 3% of two subjects in each, he will be awarded Grace Marx for passing both subjects.
If a student misses securing 5% or less high division, they will be given the necessary marks to reach the higher division.
