iQOO has launched its new flagship smartphone iQOO 15 in China. This phone comes with very powerful specifications and advanced gaming features. The company has also confirmed that it will be launched in India next month. This time the new OriginOS 6 user interface has been provided in the phone, which will replace the Funtouch OS used earlier.
Talking about performance, it has Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and Adreno 840 GPU. Apart from this, the company’s Q3 gaming chip has also been installed in the phone, which improves graphics and performance during gaming. It has 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB UFS 4.1 storage options.
Talking about the camera, the phone has a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP main sensor (with OIS), 50MP ultra-wide lens and 50MP 3x periscope telephoto lens. There is a 32MP camera in the front which gives excellent results for selfies and video calls.
Powerful battery is available
Battery is also a big strength of this phone. It has a 7,000mAh battery, which supports 100W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. This battery lasts easily even during long gaming sessions or heavy use throughout the day.
The phone also has an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance rating, which means it will be safe from both water and dust. In terms of design, iQOO 15 is also quite good, in which a circular camera module with RGB lights has been provided which lights up during gaming, notifications and music.
How much is the price?
The starting price of the phone in China has been kept at 4,199 Yuan (approximately ₹ 47,000). The phone comes in many variants. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage version is priced at 4,199 yuan, the 16GB RAM + 512GB version is priced at 4,699 yuan, and the price of 16GB RAM + 1TB version has not been confirmed yet. Now it remains to be seen when and at what price this phone will be launched in India.
