Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana):
This asana helps in strengthening the upper body and lengthening the spine. It also helps in strengthening the hands, wrists and fingers.

Plank Pose (Santolanasana):
This asana helps tone the hips and strengthen the lower back and hips. It also activates and strengthens the core. Since we need to balance our body on our toes and our arms, it also helps strengthen the arms.
Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Pose):
Chaturanga Dandasana helps strengthen the arm muscles, increase shoulder stability, and develop wrist strength.
Dolphin Pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana):
This asana helps in strengthening and stretching the upper back and legs. It also helps in activating and strengthening the core muscles.
Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana II):
Warrior II pose helps to stretch the hips and shoulders and open the chest and lungs. Performing Warrior II pose every day helps to increase stamina and concentration. It works to establish overall balance and stability in the body.
