While reflecting his 27-year career in 14 countries, Alison spoke about how various experiences have shaped their leadership style-a powerful combination of global awareness, acting in the field with beneficiaries and stakeholders, insight to play insight, optimization, sympathy and advice in the advice of the leaders.
