The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is expected to announce the institutions of national importance for the results of the examination of July 2025 on 24 May today, 24 May.
According to the examination information bulletin, online seat allocation including open round of seat allocation will be informed separately.
The course will start from July 1, 2025 and the last date for admission is 31 August.
Examination is conducted for admission to postgraduate courses [MD, MS, DM (6 yrs), MCh (6 yrs), MDS & MD (Hospital Administration)] In participating institutions.
Inicet is administered by Eeamination Section, AIIMS New Delhi in consultation with all INIS nodal officers. AIIMS, New Delhi is the only right to conduct all aspects related to the joint admission test such as application, conduct, declaration of results and seat allocation, and its responsibility is limited only to these aspects of INI-CET.
The participating INI will be governed by the rules and regulation of admission/seat allocation.
“A candidate can be eligible for admission to any INIS or only for some specific entry on INI, which depends on the supply of eligibility criteria applied to the concerned INIS (details B in Part B of Propectus of Inis).
Eligibility Criteria for INI CET includes minimal marks in MBBS/ BDS or equivalent examinations.
Indian citizens who have obtained eligibility degrees in India must have obtained minimum of the following marks (all professional MBBS/BDS professional examinations total):
a) For candidates related to SC/ST categories – 50 percent marks in total
B) For all other categories, including OBC/EWS- 55 percent marks in total.
