Indians have a major sleep crisis: The survey shows how late night scroll and biping clock is delaying sleep

Sleep is a fundamental pillar of good health, which gives enough hours of sleep on time and comfort. But it is learned that Indians are suffering from a troubled sleep crisis.

According to Wakefit’s Great Indian Scorecard 2025, sleep trends have been seen. The findings of the survey revealed the behavior of problematic sleeping and explained how Indians live beyond regularly recommended gold. When do Indians sleep?

Sleep is sidelined as late night entertainment. According to the survey of Wakefit, 84 percent of the respondents use their phone before bed, anything engaged in looking at the biping.

The use of the phone among the youth is especially common, as the survey identifies a group of 25–30 age group, which is 90 percent more over the phone before the bed. Regionally, cities such as Gurugram (94 percent) and Bangalore (90 percent) show the highest cases of use of gold phones.

The survey recognized the 25–30 age group as the most frequent users of the phone before the bed, actively delayed sleep. The group consists of young professionals who have completed their education and have joined the workforce while working hard.

What can be the immediate problems of late sleeping?
