The IISER IAT 2025 registration process will end today, April 15, 2025. Here is a direct link to apply.
The Indian Institute of Science and Research (IISER) will stop the registration process for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2025 on 15 April 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on IISERADMISISION.IN.
Improvement in the application form will be allowed from April 21 to April 22, 2025.
IISER IAT 2025: Exam Pattern
The exam will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 9:00 am.
On IAT 2025, 5-year-old BS-MS (dual degrees), 4-year-old BS and B.A. Tech will be conducted as a computer -based test (CBT) for admission. Degree Program 2025. It will include 60 multiple choice questions (MCQ), which will have a total of 240 marks, every 15 questions from each biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics. The duration of the test will be 180 minutes, each correct answer will be given 4 points while each wrong answer will be deducted 1 point.
Eligibility Criteria: IISER IAT 2025
- Applicants must be an Indian citizen, OCI/Pio/Foreign Citizen to apply for IAT 2025.
- Candidates should pass the class 12th (or equivalent) examination in 2023 or 2024 or 2025 with a science stream from any board recognized by the Council of School Education (COBSE) in India.
- Foreign nationals will have to upload an equivalent certificate issued by Indian universities (AIU) until they pass the class 12th or equivalent level examination from any board recognized by the Council of School Education (COBSE) in India.
- Candidates should have taken at least three subjects including biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics during their class 12th (or equivalent) examination.
- IISER Kolkata for admission to 5-year BS-MS in computational and data science programs, 4-year B. Tech Program at IISER Bhopal, 4-Year BS in Economic Science Program at IISER Bhopal and 4-Year BS and IISER Tirupati in Economic and Powerful Sciences Program in Economic and Powerful Sciences Program, 4-year-old BS, candidates with their class 12 There should be mathematics.

- SC, ST and PWD candidates should have at least 55 % or more marks in their class 12th (or equivalent) examination in the total or equivalent grade. Candidates of other categories require at least 60 percent marks in total or equivalent grades.

Application fee for IISER IAT 2025. 2000 for general, EWS, OBC and OBC-NCL categories. 1000 for SC/ST/Kashmiri migrants and Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Family (Non-Divisional)/PWD categories.

- Register on IISER IAT 2025 portal.
- Login with the user ID and password.
- Upload the document.
- Pay the application fee.
