IIM Sambalpur, in collaboration with NTA, has launched the Bachelor of Science in Management and Public Policy and Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

The purpose of these programs is to present a strong foundation in data analysis, important logic and evidence-based decision making, IIM Sambalpur said
The National Education Policy (NEP) in alignment with 2020, IIM Sambalpur, in collaboration with the National Testing Agency (NTA), two innovative graduate programs – graduates in management and bachelor’s bachelor of science in public policy and bachelor of science in data science and artificial intelligence.
The purpose of these programs is to provide data analysis, important thinking and a solid basis in making evidence-based decision making, the IIM announced in a press release. Interdisciplinary courses are designed to cultivate responsible leaders who can deal with complex social and industrial challenges with creativity, compassion and a global approach.
Bachelor of Management and Public Policy The program aims to meet the national managerial goals related to stability, ESG (environment, social and governance) and community -led development. It intends to equip a new generation of changes to effectively connect the policy with practice at the grassroots level.
Bachelor of Science in Science and Artificial Intelligence India aims to promote digital capabilities and global competition. The program develops skills designed for future in young students and advocates the use of moral AI, which highlights the dedication of the institute to innovation with integrity.
Graduate programs have a flexible structure, which students said to a year after one year, a diploma after two years, a degree after three years and a degree of honor after four years, with several entry and exit points, Professor Mahadeo Jaiswal, Director of IIM Sambalpur, said.
The Bachelor of Science (BS) in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence will accept students through an admission test conducted by NTA. Applicants should have at least 70 per cent marks in their 10th and 12th board exams, as well as top percent or high marks in JEE (main) test. There are 90 seats in this program.
“The second program, the first of its kind in India, is Bachelor of Science (BS) in management and public policy. It is designed for bureaucracy or those wishing to enter Indian Administrative Services (IAS). Currently, there is no graduate program to prepare individuals especially for such a career in India.
Addressing the program, Chief Guest Brahmanand Jha said, “India’s Global A capacity Center (GCC) is developing from low-cost arbitration centers to strategic innovation centers for global trade value. As the economy moves towards a digital—-then approach, GCCs, public-chapters and future proof organizations are pioneered.
