ICAI CA September Result 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) declared the results of CA Intermediate and Final examinations on November 3. Candidates who appeared for the CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final examinations held in September 2025 can now check their results on the official websites – icai.org and icai.nic.in. ICAI CA September 2025 final and intermediate results, initially expected around 2 pm, were released ahead of schedule.
According to an ICAI press release issued on November 3 by Anand Kumar Chaturvedi, joint secretary of the examination department, a total of 11,466 candidates successfully passed the CA final exam.
Students can check and download their result from the official website – icai.nic.inThey have to enter their roll number and registration number to access their result.
to qualify as Chartered Accountant (CA)Candidates must pass all three levels of the course – CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final. CA Foundation exam serves as an entry level exam and can be taken after completing 12th class. After qualifying this, candidates will have to clear the CA Intermediate and CA Final examinations simultaneously. Compulsory articleship training to earn the Chartered Accountant designation.
How to check ICAI CA result
1. Visit the official ICAI result portal: [icai.nic.in/caresult](https://icai.nic.in/caresult).
2. On the homepage, select the relevant link for Foundation, Intermediate or Final Result.
3. Enter your roll number and registration number in the given fields.
4. Your result will appear on the screen.
5. Download and save the result for future use.
Students securing 70% or more marks will be awarded ‘Pass with Distinction’ award. Candidates who do not qualify one or more groups can appear again in the next examination cycle.
The results are especially important for those aiming to participate in the ICAI Campus Placement Drive.
After the declaration of results, ICAI will start the revaluation and verification process.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) had conducted the CA final exam on September 3, 6 and 8 for Group 1 and on September 10, 12 and 14 for Group 2. CA Intermediate examinations were held soon thereafter – Group 1 on 4, 7 and 9 September and Group 2 on 11, 13 and 15 September. CA Foundation exams were held later on 16, 18 September. 20, and 22, 2025.
In the May 2025 session, a total of 14,247 candidates qualified as chartered accountants. For the CA Intermediate exam, 97,034 candidates appeared under Group 1, out of which 14,232 passed the exam, recording a pass percentage of 14.67%.
