Hrithik Roshan shares memories of Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan and recalls his experience as an assistant director on Karan Arjun.
It is well known that Hrithik Roshan worked as an assistant director on his father Rakesh Roshan’s 90s blockbuster Karan Arjun. Now he has also shared the proof of this. In the pictures, he is seen with Karan Arjun’s lead actors Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan. Hrithik wrote with the post, “Karan Arjun experience. Ha, I look like a young Kabir with Karan and Arjun. As an assistant, I remember Minerva was the main theater on the day of release. I and dad’s other assistant Anurag (second photo in white sweatshirt) screened the print before release and we were all incredibly disappointed. The print looked dark and dull. We washed the entire screen and as the dirt and grime dissolved in the large washcloth, we heard the manager say, “‘Today is the first time this screen has been washed in 15 years (the first time the screen was washed in 25 years).’ ,
“Another fun fact, during the Bhangra Paale song, late one night, a fun team of Shahrukh and Salman decided to leave Sariska by car and go to Delhi by promising to be back by morning. I was stunned and jumped on the bonnet of the car (literally) to stop them. The call time was 6 am and I had to make sure that my dad’s day was not ruined. They didn’t do that,” he added.
Watching Salman and Shahrukh act at the age of 17 was a big learning for me. The best on set practical acting school ever. Karan Arjun is walking into theaters again.”

Rakesh Roshan has re-released Karan Arjun on November 22, just ahead of its 30th anniversary in January.
Roshan said that son Hrithik Roshan, who debuted with “Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai” in 2000 and is one of the most successful actors of his generation, often assisted him in all his films.
Hrithik, who was 17 at the time, recently shared a memory of how the ‘Bhaag Arjun Bhaag scene’ happened in the film. The director revealed that Hrithik was a part of every story.
“That’s how he learned and even today, he (Hrithik) is the best person to bounce ideas off of. I tell him impossible stories that wouldn’t work otherwise but he gets what I’m thinking. He understands that The story will connect with this, from Jhumri Telaiya to someone sitting in LA.
