External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar reiterated the rejection of third party intervention in resolving the “Kashmir issue” at the Chautham House in London. The Minister of External Affairs told reporters how the “Kashmir issue” would be resolved, and includes “the return of part of the theft of Kashmir, which is on an illegal Pakistani business”.
Jaishankar is on an official visit to the United Kingdom and Ireland from 4 to 9 March to renew India’s friendly relations.

At the conference, a reporter asked Jaishankar whether Prime Minister Narendra Modi could use his friendship to solve the “Kashmir issue” with US President Donald Trump.
Jaishankar strongly rejected third party intervention in Kashmir and defended India’s approach, saying that decisive steps were already taken to address the situation independently.
On demanding a ‘stable relationship’ with China
Jaishankar said that New Delhi wants a stable relationship with China in which India’s interests “respected and sensitivity are recognized”.
“The major issue is how to create a stable balance and transition to the next stage of balance. We want a stable relationship where our interests are respected, our sensitivity is recognized, and where it works for both of us. This is actually the main challenge in our relationship, “Jaishankar said on the India-China relationship.
He said that in the last 40 years, the belief has been that peace and peace relations in the border areas are necessary. “If the border is unstable, not peaceful, or not calm, it will essentially affect the development and direction of our relationship.”
“There was a certain reference to why the relations between India and China were interrupted, and the reference was in 2020 with the Line of real control and the subsequent situation continued.
