New Delhi. Hero MotoCorp has launched its 440cc bike Hero Mavrick in India. This bike has been launched at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 1.99 lakh. Whereas the price of its top model goes up to Rs 2.24 lakh. The company had introduced this bike in an event last month. Hero Maverick is the most powerful bike in the company’s portfolio. According to reports, this bike has been co-developed with Harley-Davidson X440.
Hero Maverick has been launched in three variants – base, mid and top. Its base model is priced at Rs 1.99 lakh, mid priced at Rs 2.14 lakh and top priced at Rs 2.24 lakh. All prices are applicable on ex-showroom basis.

With the launch of Maverick, Hero MotoCorp has also started booking it. Hero Maverick can be booked on the company’s official website for Rs 5,000. Here customers can book the bike by entering their name, address and dealership location and paying the booking amount. The company will also start delivery of this bike very soon.
Features of Hero Maverick
The company has given a very muscular design to the bike. The fuel tank has been made wider and bigger according to 440cc. Apart from this, the seats have been made comfortable for long journeys. There is no split seat in any variant of the bike. It has full LED headlight with LED DRLs in H-shape. This bike will come in 5 color variants and the company has introduced it in 3 variants. Spoke wheels are available in its base model, while alloy wheels are provided in the mid and top models.
The company has also given tail light and turn indicator in LED in this bike. Apart from this, the company has also provided a full digital instrument cluster in the bike which also has the feature of turn-by-turn navigation. Apart from this, 35 connected features are also available in the bike which includes many features including call, text notification.
Engine Specifications of Hero Mavrick 440
Talking about the engine, this bike has a 440 cc oil cooled engine. This bike generates maximum torque of 36 Nm and power of 27 bhp at 4000 rpm. This bike has been built on the X440 platform. The bike has a 6 speed gearbox. The bike has a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 litres. Apart from this, ground clearance of 175 mm is available. The bike has features like front telescopic suspension, dual shockers at the rear, disc brake and alloy wheels.
