According to the latest update on Sacknilk, Haq showed a slight decline on Monday, and managed to collect As per initial estimate, Rs 1.00 crore. It is expected to decline on weekdays, and yet Haq has shown momentum at the box office. Now the total collection of the film is done 9.95 crores. The film took a good start on Friday and achieved 100% growth on Saturday. A similar increase was seen on Sunday also.

Haq revolves around Shazia (Yami Gautam), a homely, uneducated woman who marries Abbas Khan (Emraan Hashmi), a successful lawyer. One day, suddenly, Abbas brings home another wife. Shortly afterwards, he ends his marriage through triple talaq. Shazia’s legal fight for her rights forms the rest of the film. Haq, directed by Suparn S Verma, also stars Vartika Singh, Danish Hussain, Sheeba Chaddha and Aseem Hattangadi in lead roles.

Madhya Pradesh High Court had rejected the petition of Shah Bano Begum’s daughter, which had sought a stay on the release of the film.
