Know what is Sohrai art?
The Sohrai festival is traditionally celebrated by the tribal groups here after Deepawali. In this festival, women make different types of pictures from soil, wood, coal and natural colors on the walls of the houses. Which mainly consists of animal birds, trees, plants and tribal lifestyle.

Local artists and tribal painters of the district have played an important role by giving place to Sohrai art in the Collectorate building. This initiative of the district administration provided the stage, encouragement and cooperation to these artists, which gave their skills work and recognition.
