GUJCET 2026: Gujarat Board has also released an information booklet explaining the online application process. Check educational qualification and other details.

GUJCET 2026: The exam will be held in the last week of March.
GUJCET 2026: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has started the application process for Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026. The registration window will remain open till December 30. Candidates can register by visiting the official website gseb.org. The examination will be conducted in the last week of March 2026.
Gujarat Board has also released an information booklet explaining the online application process. GUJCET is a state level entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering (BE/B.Tech) and pharmacy courses.
The scores will be used for admission to the following courses in pharmacy and engineering colleges in Gujarat:
– Engineering Degree Courses (BE/B.Tech)
– Pharmacy Degree Course
– Diploma Course in Pharmacy
GUJCET 2026: Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 350, which is payable online or offline at SBI branch.
GUJCET 2026: Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for GUJCET, candidates must have passed 12th class from a recognized board. Intermediate students should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. Physics, chemistry and biology are required for pharmacy courses.
Candidates should note that JEE Main will not replace GUJCET examination for admission to engineering and pharmacy programmes. Students appearing for the GSEB HSC exam who wish to pursue a degree in engineering or a degree/diploma in pharmacy must qualify for GUJCET 2026 to get admission in state institutes.
GUJCET 2026: How to apply
step 1: Visit the official GSEB website – gujcet.gseb.org
step 2: On the homepage, click on GUJCET 2026 Registration tab.
step 3: Select the new registration link and provide the required details.
step 4: After registering, log in to your account and complete the online application form.
Step 5: Upload the required documents and pay the application fee.
Step 6: Submit the application form and download it for future reference

As per the marking scheme of GUJCET, for each correct answer, candidates will get one mark, while a penalty of 0.25 marks will be deducted for wrong answers.
