Google has done the same thing from 2.5 billion gmail users, do it now, if not two things ..Big danger on Gmail.
Google has issued a big alert to 2.5 billion gmail users around the world. The company has asked the people to change their password immediately and turn on 2-step verification (2SV). This is because the attacks of hackers are growing rapidly and many people have already fallen victim to it. It is being told that the name of the famous hacking group Shinyhunters is behind these attacks. The group is active since 2020 and has so far leaked data of big companies like AT&T, Microsoft, Santander and Ticketmaster.

Their method is the most common but dangerous to send fishing email. Such mail users are taken to fake login page, where people accidentally put their password and security code.

2-step verification i.e. 2SV puts an additional lock on your account. Suppose a hacker also gets your password, even if it will need a code sent on your mobile or any other reliable device to login. Because of this it becomes very difficult to enter your account.

UK Action Fraud Agency has also given the same advice. Said, ‘The easiest way to secure the email account is to turn on 2-step verification. This can stop hackers, even if they have your password.
