Jhunjhunu. There is news of relief for the people of Shekhawati. Railways is giving them the gift of Kashmir. A new train is being run which will directly connect Rajasthan with Jammu. Now the journey of the desert people to the plains of Kashmir will become easier. The date and train number have not been announced yet.
Railways is running a new train from Jaipur to Jammu Tawi via Sikar, Jhunjhunu. In view of the demand of passengers, a proposal to run a train between Jaipur and Jammu Tawi was sent to the Railway Board. This proposal has been approved. Under this, this train will go from Jaipur, Khatipura via Ringas to the three districts of Shekhawati, Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Sadulpur in Churu, Hisar in Haryana, Ludhiana in Punjab and reach Jammu Tawi.
Direct connectivity to Punjab Haryana Jammu
With the commencement of this train, direct connectivity of the people of Jhunjhunu with Punjab-Haryana and Jammu Kashmir will increase. It will be easy to go from Jaipur to Ringas, Sikar, Nawalgarh, Jhunjhunu, Chirawa, Loharu Sadulpur, Hisar, Ludhiana by the new train. As of now there is no direct train from Jhunjhunu to Punjab. With the running of this train, people of Shekhawati will get convenience in going to Punjab, Haryana and Jammu Kashmir.
Shekhawati’s journey is easy
Jhunjhunu is that area of Shekhawati where a large number of soldiers are in the army. He is often posted on the Pakistan border in Kashmir. To come from there they have to catch trains from Delhi and other cities. This causes a lot of trouble. Similarly, business people of Shekhawati go to Ludhiana to bring hosiery items. Now, with the running of direct trains, it will be convenient for them to travel there. Earlier recently, Railways has extended the Kota-Hisar train running between Kota to Jhunjhunu to Sirsa. Now people will benefit if the new train runs till Jammu Tawi.
