The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HSVP) is going to settle 12 new sectors and a township on 4500 acres of land in these 18 villages settled between Faridabad and Palwal under the Master Plan 2031. All these will be a part of New Faridabad. The most important thing is that this will be the first time HSPV is going to build not only residential sectors but also an industrial township. This industrial township will be built on about 9000 acres of land in 9 out of 18 villages.
Which are the villages, whose luck will shine
The city, which is going to settle as New Faridabad, includes Sotai, Sunpeed, Sahupura, Malerna and Jajru’s land, Khedi Kalan, Nachauli, Tajapur, Dhakola, Shahabad, Badarpur Said, Bhansaravali, Fattupura, Bhuapur, Jasana, Faridapur, Sadpura, Sadpura, Sadpura, Sadpura, Sadpura, Sadpura, Sadpura and Tigaon. Of these, Sector 100 will be made commercial sector, while public utility space will be made in Sector 96 A and 97A, that is, there will be basic facilities like schools, hospitals, government offices.
The government says that this entire process has been prepared keeping in mind human sensibilities. The land will not be forcibly taken. No land will be purchased without the consent of the farmers. Farmers who want to give their land will have to apply to the E-Bhoomi portal (ebhoomi.jamabandi.nic.in) by 31 August. The government has put a list of measles numbers coming to the sectors and the Industrial Township on the website of HSVP and HSIIDC, so that the farmers can see themselves whether their land is included in the plan or not.
After the application, the departmental officers will decide the price of the land and the registry process will start on getting the consent of the farmer. The special thing is that the payment will be completed at the time of the registry, so that the farmer immediately gets his right.
The plan of these new sectors has been made so carefully that they will be very close to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Jewar Airport and other important connectivity projects. This jewelry will also be near the Greenfield Expressway. Due to which there will be no shortage of facilities in future people living here.
