The marks obtained are converted into a scale of 100 to 0 for each session of the examinees, the official said.

Based on the results of JEE Paper 1 and Paper 2, candidates will be shortlisted to appear for JEE, which is an one-stop exam for admission to 23 Premier Indian Institute of Technology.

“For those candidates who appeared in both sessions of the exam, the best NTA score of both sessions has been declared,” the official said.

The exam was conducted in 13 languages ​​Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

The second edition of JEE was held in 300 cities in 531 unique examination centers, including Manama, Doha City, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Muscat, Riyadh, Singapore, Kuwait City, Kuala Lumpur, Kithamandu, West Java, Washington, Lagos and 15 outside India.

In the first edition, the NTA score of 39 candidates was not declared as they were found involved in unfair practices. During the second version, 110 candidates were found to be involved in unfair means, including forgery of documents related to examinations, and as a result, their results were not declared.

“Apart from these candidates, the results of 23 candidates have been stopped due to their photos, biometric details or other personal information for identity verification. These candidates have been asked to provide valid proof of their photos, which the NTA has been verified by a gazetted officer within a certain date,” said the senior NTA officer.
