The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released draft rules for minimum standards of education for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in higher education institutions (HEIs) in the country. Eligibility criteria for pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses
According to the draft rules, students Any stream in class 12 or its equivalent can pursue their graduate course in any discipline if they qualify the prescribed national level or university level entrance examination.
