What is the connection between a newborn baby and a garden?
Let us tell you that the newborn baby also has a belief related to it, especially in Bihar, the festival is celebrated with a garden, which is called Pushoth. Those who have a newborn baby in their house, in the month of Paush (January) of the same year, they bake the cheek of the child with a bagiya so that his cheek does not get cracked, not only the cheeks but also the feet, hands, forehead, whole body are baked with hot bagiya. His cheeks or body cracks due to cold, these are the remedies of grandmothers.

There is a tradition of blessing the child
This is done by the elderly grandparents at home, women in the surrounding society are invited by invitation, there is a method of applying oil and vermilion to everyone. In this, folk songs are sung by women in which good wishes are given to the child. Some people do this for one year and some for 5 years.

This recipe has been used since ancient times and consists of bagiya made from pounded rice and flour. It is not made from old rice flour bags. It is said that the softer the baby’s cheeks become the whiter they become.
