Yash wrote, “13 years ago, I lost 44 kg, and there are a few things I wish I had known then.” “Being obese is not just a body problem; it is a life problem. If you are obese, all areas of your life are disrupted: your health, your money, and your relationships. Your first impression often dictates how others see you, and this is inherent in our human psychology. So, if you care about your first impression then how you look matters.”
He emphasized that the most important challenge in any weight loss journey is mental. “The biggest battle you have to win is in your mind. Everyone knows how to lose fat. Losing fat is simple: eat less, move more, and do it consistently. But we’re not able to control our mind and psychology, which is why we often can’t stick to a plan long term,” he explained.

Yash also highlighted the limitations of external support. He said, “People around you can support you, but they cannot fully understand you unless they have gone through the same journey themselves. So do not expect others to understand you completely.”
