Julie Capoziello, a popular fitness coach, has revealed the secret to maintaining weight while travelling. Capoziello says that if you take a good diet and remain disciplined, you can easily stay fit. Here’s what Capoziello recommends in his latest Instagram post.
eat protein and fiber in the morning
Julie Capoziello says she eats “protein” and “fiber” sometime in the morning while traveling. According to the online fitness coach, you can pair avocado with eggs, Greek yogurt with berries, or cottage cheese with chia seeds.
Capoziello says the protein-and-fiber combination “helps me feel my best.” She adds, “You can have muffins, bagels, coffee cake! Take what you want. Add what you need later.”
30 minutes of physical activity
Julie says that it is important to engage in physical activities for at least 30 minutes. According to him, walking is as effective as anything else. You can also consider “exploring the new place you’re in,” says Julie, and this can be “virtually any time of day.”
She further explained that one of her clients lost 23 pounds by following her routine despite having to “travel during her six-month wedding transition.”
avoid alcohol
Capoziello does not like alcohol. She says she likes to limit herself to “1-2 fun drinks per day.” People fond of fitness avoid sweets. However, Capoziello says you can have dessert if you really feel like it. Just “divide it up and get a meal that’s not carb-heavy”.
When at a restaurant, Capoziello says, you can use ChatGPT to “check out the menu” and order something “macro-friendly.”

Julie says drinking at least three bottles of water a day is ideal. Apart from this, also go to the gym occasionally. “If you’re going somewhere, like visiting parents for Thanksgiving, for 7-10 days, you can check if a local gym has a free week pass”.

When you’re traveling, Julie Capoziello says these are the things you should keep with you: protein powder, protein bars, Chomps sticks, a water bottle, daily vitamins, gym clothes, and sneakers.
“Have fun and don’t stress,” says Capoziello. “Don’t do anything extreme or different. Just get back to your regular routine,” she says finally.
