Fitness coach reveals 5 things after waking up to support your weight loss goals

Dillon swine, fitness coaches, who often share weight loss tips on Instagram, revealed to do five things after waking up on August 4, because the fat loss process starts just before 9 am here. There are five things that they have shared:

1. Hydrate with salt and lemon

To support digestion, a good drink helps. He wrote, “Pink salt + 1 glass of water with lemon = better digestion, energy, and fat burning from the beginning.”

2. High-protein snack

The fitness coach recommended a high-protein breakfast with an ideal protein intake of 30–40G. He said, “Keeps you complete, kills craving, and jumps your metabolism. There is no more bogus by eating at night.” A protein -rich breakfast also keeps crawings throughout the day.

3. 45 minutes of morning walk
