Rashmika Mandanna is having a great time in Milan, with or without a smokey eye. On Saturday, she attended an after-party during Milan Fashion Week and none other than Donatella Versace herself posted a picture with her. Donatella, who is the current chief creative officer of Versace, shared a bunch of pictures from the afterparty on Instagram, which was attended by celebrities from across the world, including Rashmika. Rashmika was seen in a stunning ivory blazer dress and glamorous makeup. She flashed a big smile as Donatella posed next to her.
Others in the photo carousel included Hyunjin, Normani, Gigi Hadid, Giacomo Giorgio, Beatrice Vendramin, Nava Mau, and Dennis Capezza and Gene Gallagher.
Fans are proud of Rashmika
Rashmika’s fans were happy to see her post on Donatella’s timeline. “I am not her fan but I am proud of her. She comes from a normal family, did modelling and was selected to act in films, she faced a lot of unnecessary hate but she didn’t care, she learnt many languages, worked hard in acting and now here she is, all because of her own hard work. I am sure she still has a lot of other good things to achieve. I wish her all the best,” wrote a person on Reddit.
Another commented, “This is a huge deal, the sky is the limit for this girl… SoBo gang must be feeling nervous, the bullying and PR war will only increase.” One person also wrote, “I’m so glad she looks like an Indian celeb and not forced with a Korean makeover/some western face and everything. She looks exactly like all of us – by that I mean an Indian woman.”
Many also tried to troll fashion IG account Diet Sabya, who recently criticised Rashmika’s smokey eye look during the day at the Onitsuka Tiger fashion show. One person wrote, “Diet Sabya can sit in a corner and cry.” Another joked, “Mr DS, now nervous.”
Rashmika’s next film will be Pushpa: The Rule. She will be seen sharing screen space with Salman Khan in Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss.
The film will release on Eid next year. It is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Rashmika also has Pushpa 2: The Rule. The film will star Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles.
