Is coffee really dangerous? A health coach shares the ‘biggest problem with coffee’ and it is nothing that you should drink regularly.

What is the biggest problem with coffee?
He said, “The biggest problem with coffee is that it is very acidic. Any kind of caffeine is very acidic. Your body has to buffer that acidity with calcium. Nowadays most people do not have enough calcium in their system.
Can coffee consumption cause teeth deficiency?
Theo warned that excessive coffee consumption may increase calcium emissions, possibly over time osteoporosis (a state of weak and brittle bones) can be contributed to, and that the acidity of coffee can contribute to tooth erosion. If good oral hygiene practices are not followed, it can potentially cause tooth loss, according to Theo.
He said, “What is happening that if there is not enough calcium in your bloodstream, then your body is using calcium from your bones and your teeth. But is it true?
A 2018 study published in Nature.com examined the relationship between intake of coffee and tooth loss. It was found that daily coffee consumption is closely associated with teeth loss in Korean adults.
