In a post shared on 28 July, Dr. Anamika Raghuvanshi, Naturopath, nutritionist and lifestyle teacher shared some tests, which a woman should be born between 1990 and 1997, which means that if you are in the late 20s or early 30s, these tests should be on your two-two list.

General health test
Regular body health checkups play an important role in prevention of adverse health issues along with initial diagnosis.
- Full Blood Count (CBC)
- Ferritin
- vitamin D
- vitamin b12
- Lipid profile (cholesterol: HDL, LDL, triglycerides)
- Fasting Glucose / HBA 1 C (Blood Sugar)
- Thyroid Panel (TSH, T3/T4)
