5 exercises to lose fat and build muscles
In a video titled “Best exercise routine to lose fat”, Bulbul shared an exercise routine that can help you lose fat and build muscle. The workouts he mentions in the clip are tempo squats, pulse lunges, hollow holds as long as you can, push-ups and shoulder taps. He also showed how to perform each exercise in the clip.
Perform traditional squat exercises to perform tempo squats. As you start, take a 3 second pause in between on your way down. Then, take a 2-second pause on the way down, followed by a 3-second pause on the way up and before standing straight up. Repeat this exercise, and you will feel the burn.
To do pulse lunges, do traditional lunges. However, the variation is to go slower and pulse twice at the bottom and then come up. According to Bulbul, this will increase your stability and strength.
