From having sweet crawings to constantly feeling tired, there are signs that your body needs more food.
It is common to assume that losing weight means cutting calories significantly. Maintaining a calorie deficit is a major principle of weight loss, a good line between less food and very little food. At least you can actually vandalize your weight loss efforts by depriving your body of essential nutrients.
On 2 July, fitness coach Melissa took on Instagram to address the growing concern among women trying to lose weight. “I often hear that women tell me that they have been eating very little calories for a long time, hopefully their body will finally lose weight. They are disappointed, not seeing any results yet. So, what is going on?” she wrote. Also read Are you in calorie deficit but are still not losing weight? Melissa shared three important indications that your body could send to indicate that really needs more food to lose weight:
1. You do not feel hungry in the morning, but you struggle with crawings in late afternoon and evening.
These crawings are a result of the effort for lack of nutrient deficiency (under-food) in your body day. Many women then start eating at night or in the weekend because your body will do what it takes to get it.

2. You are irritable and cannot stop thinking about food.
Low calorie restrictions may make you feel irritable and moody, difficulty focusing because you cannot stop thinking about food. These ideas increase sugar growth; Random snacking and zero control when you are around some foods or around weekend events, which is unlikely that you will stick to your deficit for the time of the amount required to lose weight. 3. Despite getting enough sleep, you are constantly tired and the energy level is low.
When your diet is very low in calories, your body will start giving energy energy. You will have less energy for work, sports and movement. Your body is not designed to work on such limited fuel. Which means that you will not really have enough energy to move your body and burn fat.
