Bajaj car
The country’s veteran auto company Bajaj Auto has recommended a dividend of Rs 210 per share for FY 2025. This is the highest dividend ever declared by the company. On this, the approval of shareholders will be taken in the annual general meeting of the company to be held on August 6. After this, the dividend will be paid on or around 8 August 2025. The record date is June 20.
IRCTC
IRCTC has proposed a final dividend of Rs 1 per share for FY 2024-25. This face value is 50 percent against Rs 2 and is based on approval in AGM. Earlier, the company gave 2 interim dividend-Rs 4 per share (November 2024) and Rs 2 per share (March 2025).
Letter
The Board of Directors of Ecra have recommended a dividend of Rs 60 on every equity share of Rs 10 face value. This dividend will be sent on or before 21 August. The record date for this has been kept in the month of July.
Cummins India
Cummins India, a company in BSE 100, has announced a 1,675 % final dividend for its investors. The company has declared the final dividend of Rs 33.50 per share. Earlier, the company has also given an interim dividend of Rs 18 in February 2025.
Heidelbergment India
Heidelberg Cement India has recommended a dividend of Rs 7 per share. The AGM will be held on 24 September 2025 and the record date is set on 17 September 2025.
Vagination
The country’s largest steel manufacturing company Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced a final dividend of Rs 1.60 per share (total 16 per cent). This will be given within 30 days of the approval of shareholders in AGM. The record date will be announced soon.
Indian brick
Bata India has proposed a final dividend of Rs 9 per share, which will be distributed from 25 August 2025 after approval from AGM. The company had earlier given an interim dividend of ₹ 10 in August 2024.
Lamp nitrite
Deepak Nitrate has announced a final dividend of Rs 7.50 per share. It will be distributed to investors within 30 days after getting approval from AGM.
