Now, dairy brand Amul has also sent its sweet greetings to the film’s team. On Monday, Amul shared a new doodle inspired by Chamkila on Instagram and Twitter. It shows Diljit’s Chamkila in a blue kurta pajama and Parineeti’s Amarjot in a floral suit, holding butter toast in her hands and singing songs on stage. “Ek chammach khila (spoon feed me),” read the bold words at the top. Amul also called Chamkila ‘Punjab Da Buttar’.
The Amul team captioned the post, “#AmulTopical: Diljit Dosanjh creates waves in Imtiaz Ali/AR Rahman’s hit musical drama, Amar Singh Chamkila.” Fans of the film were pleased with the artwork. One comment said, “Super…both this image and the movie.” “Super creative for an amazing movie,” commented another.
Diljit and Parineeti liked this post and shared it on their social media handles. Even filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who called Chamkila ‘the best biopic ever made in India’, posted the Amul theme on his Instagram stories.

She posted the rating of the film’s poster on her feed and congratulated Imtiaz Ali, Diljit, cousin Parineeti (whom she fondly calls Tisha) and the team, saying that it looks impressive. He wrote, “Congratulations to Imtiaz sir, Diljit, Tisha and the team. It feels great.”
