Defeated heat: Stop acne and brakeout from the skin with sweat with these skincare tips

The heat is here, and humidity is affecting the skin. Sweating accumulated, if not treated well, can contribute to acne formation. The dermatologist further shared some skincare tips that can help prevent acne and skin brakeouts.

Face cleansing is required:

Gentle face cleaning is a necessity, but you need to take care not to clean the face to strip your natural sebum. Over washing can trigger brakeouts. For facial cleaning, use a soft sulfate free cleanser and also practice twice in the morning as well as evening. If you sweat a lot during the day, rub your face with water and dry it instead of scrubbing hard. People with acne prone skin can choose a cleanser by consisting of cyloclic acid and tea tree oil.

Moisturizer is one important:

It may seem defendful to moisturize the skin with oily, sweat, but it can produce your skin even more oil by leaving it. Opt for a mild, non-comedogenic moisturizer in which your skin without closing your skin to keep hydrated with ingredients like hyaluronic acid or aloe vera.

Keep in mind while picking up sunscreen:

Sunscreen is necessary, but smooth formulas can contribute to a breakout. Matizing the sunscreen with an oil-free, gel-based, or SPF 30 or higher or higher. Ingredients such as zinc oxide and niacinmide help prevent acne by protecting your skin from UV damage. Try to keep sweating in the bay:

After sweating, avoid sitting on your skin for a very long time. Use a clean towel or blotting paper to dry your skin gently. Change out of the cloth with sweat as soon as possible, especially after workouts, the body to prevent acne. If you are prone to a breakout, take a bath immediately after exercising and use a antibacterial body wash.

Avoid heavy and rich makeup products:

Limited exfoliation with light agents:

Sweating can mix with dead skin cells, causing congestion. Use a light exfolient 2-3 times a week to keep your pores clear. Ingredients such as salicylic acid and lactic acid help to remove buildup without disturbing the skin.
